3. User Accounts

To use certain features of ADSMANAGER, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use only accurate and truthful information in your account
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Google Ads Integration
4.1 OAuth Authorization
ADSMANAGER uses OAuth 2.0 to securely access your Google Ads account. You authorize us to access your Google Ads API data for the purposes of campaign management.
4.2 Google Compliance
Your use of ADSMANAGER is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and API policies. You agree to comply with all Google requirements and restrictions.
4.3 Developer Token
You are responsible for providing and maintaining your Google Ads Developer Token. Any misuse of your Developer Token is your sole responsibility.
4.4 Data Limitations
ADSMANAGER syncs campaign data via Google Ads API. The accuracy and timeliness of data depend on Google's API availability and rate limits. We are not responsible for data delays or inaccuracies caused by Google services.
5. User Content & Campaigns
5.1 Campaign Management
You are solely responsible for all Google Ads campaigns, ads, and content managed through ADSMANAGER. We provide tools to manage these, but you retain all ownership and responsibility.
5.2 Compliance with Google Policies
You agree that all campaigns and ads comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws. We are not responsible for policy violations in your campaigns.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to create campaigns or ads that:
- Violate Google's advertising policies
- Contain illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Discriminate or promote hate against individuals or groups
- Contain malware or harmful code
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimers
ADSMANAGER AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.2 No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSMANAGER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.3 Limitation of Damages
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime
While we strive to maintain 99% uptime, ADSMANAGER is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7.2 Maintenance
We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
7.3 Third-Party Services
ADSMANAGER depends on third-party services including Google Ads API. We are not responsible for outages or unavailability of these services.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 ADSMANAGER Content
The ADSMANAGER platform, including all designs, layouts, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of ADSMANAGER and protected by copyright laws.
8.2 Your License
You are granted a limited license to use ADSMANAGER only for managing your Google Ads campaigns. No other use is permitted without our written consent.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADSMANAGER and its owners, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage arising from:
- Your use of ADSMANAGER
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your Google Ads campaigns or content
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 Dispute Procedure
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
